2pm onwards. We love to be here when guests arrive, but we are set up for self check-in with digital locks on house and suite doors. This means we can be flexible about check-in time, and you can arrive on your schedule and not be dependent on us to be available at a certain time.
There is a designated parking space for each suite and these are indicated by a sign with the suite name.
We will email check-in instructions prior to your arrival with driving directions, room directions and a door code.
A remote control on the nightstand will operate the bed base. Both the head and the foot of the bed can be raised and lowered, and we recommend trying out the Zero Gravity function as a comfortable nap option.
Breakfast is served between 8:00 am and 9:30 am in the dining room or on the screen porch.
We have separate tables for 2 for each suite both in the dining room and on the screened porch. We know some people like to enjoy their privacy while some folks like to meet other guests and this layout offers opportunities for both. If you’re traveling with other guests, we can put 2 tables together.
We enjoy offering table service at breakfast time so we can get to know our guests. Come to the dining room between 8:00 and 9:30 am, choose a table and we’ll offer coffee, tea, and a selection of juices. We will describe the menu options for breakfast and once you’ve ordered, we’ll prepare your breakfast while you enjoy your drinks. We’ll serve you at your table and we’ll do the dishes while you get ready to find some waterfalls or meander downtown.
We cook every breakfast to order and focus on a different offering every day. Some of our specialties include local farm fresh eggs and sausage and bakery breads, crisp light waffles with real maple syrup, pancakes, traditional English breakfast as well as a great southern breakfast with stoneground, slow cooked grits and perfect buttermilk biscuits. Juice and coffee and a selection of teas are always available.
We can accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Just let us know when you reserve if you need gluten free, plant-based, or high protein options or if there’s just something you don’t like for breakfast.
Yes. We will make the bed, clean the bathroom and re-stock coffee/tea amenities daily unless you prefer otherwise.
